Acceptable Use Policy

ehlomail is operated by Boca LLM Labs LLC ("we", "us"). This policy applies to every account. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, and violating it is grounds for immediate suspension.

1. Permitted use

ehlomail may be used only to send transactional email triggered by an individual's action on a website you own or manage. In practice, that means:

• notifications of form submissions, sent to an address you control and have verified with us
• a single receipt or confirmation, sent to the person who submitted the form, at the address they entered

2. Prohibited messages

• Marketing, promotional, or advertising email of any kind, including newsletters
• Unsolicited email, including cold outreach
• Email to purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, shared, or imported lists
• Follow-up sequences, reminders, or re-engagement campaigns sent to form submitters
• Phishing, spoofing, impersonation, or deceptive subject lines or sender information
• Malware, or links to malicious or deceptive websites
• Content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or threatening

3. Prohibited industries

We don't provide service to businesses in, or sending content about:

• adult content, escort, or dating services
• gambling, betting, sweepstakes, or lotteries
• pharmaceuticals, supplements, nutraceuticals, or controlled substances
• cannabis, CBD, tobacco, or vaping products
• firearms, ammunition, or weapons
• cryptocurrency, forex or trading signals, or investment schemes
• payday loans, debt relief, credit repair, or other high-risk financial offers
• multi-level marketing or "get rich quick" programs
• lead generation resale, affiliate marketing, or data brokerage

We may decline any account at our discretion, including ones outside these categories.

4. Your responsibilities

• Send only from domains you own or are authorized to manage, authenticated with SPF and DKIM and covered by a published DMARC record.
• Protect your forms from automated abuse with bot protection such as a CAPTCHA or Turnstile, and don't let your forms be used to send email to arbitrary addresses.
• Make sure each message identifies your business and makes clear why the recipient is getting it.
• Keep your account credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all email sent from your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where they apply.

5. Bounces, complaints, and suppression

We automatically suppress addresses that hard bounce or file a spam complaint. You may not work around suppression, for example by re-adding addresses or opening new accounts. We monitor bounce and complaint rates on every account. We review or pause any account that exceeds our thresholds, which are stricter than those set by mailbox providers.

6. Enforcement

If we believe an account has violated this policy, we may throttle, pause, or terminate it without prior notice. Where appropriate, we'll tell you what happened and whether sending can be restored.

7. Reporting abuse

If you received an unwanted email sent through ehlomail, forward it with its full headers if possible to welcome@bocallmlabs.com and include "abuse" in the subject line. We investigate every report.
