1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of ehlomail, a service provided by Boca LLM Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.
2. The service
ehlomail delivers transactional email generated by website forms. Accounts are approved at our discretion, and we may set and change sending limits for any account.
3. Your obligations
You're responsible for the content of the email sent through your account. You're also responsible for having a lawful basis to send it and for following the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. You must keep your credentials secure.
4. Suspension and termination
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that endangers our sending reputation or other customers. Where we can, we'll give notice. You may close your account at any time.
5. Disclaimers
Email delivery depends on third parties we don't control, such as recipient mail servers and spam filters. The service is provided "as is", and we don't guarantee that any message will be delivered or placed in an inbox.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boca LLM Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
