1. Who we are
ehlomail is a service of Boca LLM Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). Contact: welcome@bocallmlabs.com.
2. Our role
For form submissions we deliver on behalf of our customers, we act as a processor: we handle that data only to deliver the email the customer's website requested. For our customers' own account information, we act as a controller.
3. What we collect
- Customer account data: name, business name, email address, website, verified domains, and billing details.
- Form submission data: the contents of the form a visitor submitted, and their email address if a receipt is requested. We use it only to build and deliver the notification and receipt.
- Delivery metadata: sender, recipient, timestamps, delivery status, bounces, and complaints. We use it to operate the service, maintain suppression lists, and prevent abuse.
- Technical data: IP addresses and request metadata from form submissions, used for rate limiting and bot protection.
4. What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent personal data.
- We don't use form submitters' addresses for marketing, and we don't add them to any list.
- We don't use message contents to advertise to anyone.
5. Retention
We keep message contents only as long as delivery requires, plus a short window for troubleshooting. We keep delivery metadata for a limited period for support and abuse investigation. Suppression list entries are kept for as long as they're needed to stop unwanted email from being sent again.
6. Sub-processors
We use infrastructure providers to run the service, including Amazon Web Services for email delivery and Cloudflare for hosting and network security. They process data only on our instructions.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If you submitted a form on a website that uses ehlomail, that business controls your submission. Please contact them first, though we'll help where we can.
8. Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
