One job
Every email we send is triggered when a real person submits a form on a customer's website. There's no campaign builder and no list import, so nothing is sent to anyone who didn't take an action.
WE SEND Transactional Email / Contact Form Email
- Form notifications to the business's own verified address when someone submits a contact, quote, or booking request form submitted by a human.
- Submission receipts to the person who filled out the form, sent once, to the address they typed in, confirming the message was received.
- Account notices to our own customers: verification, security, and billing emails.
WE DO NOT SEND Anything else
- Marketing or promotional email, SPAM, including newsletters, offers, and drip sequences.
- Bulk sends to lists. Purchased, rented, scraped, or imported lists aren't accepted.
- Cold outreach or any message to someone who didn't contact the business first.
- Follow-ups. A receipt is a single message, not the start of a sequence.

NOT ACCEPTED Industries we don't serve
- Adult content and services, gambling and betting, and pharmaceuticals, supplements, or controlled substances
- Cryptocurrency, trading signals, payday loans, debt relief, and "get rich" or MLM programs
- Firearms, tobacco and vaping, and cannabis and CBD
- Lead generation resellers, affiliate marketing, and data brokers

How we protect recipients and deliverability
Our sending reputation is shared across every customer, so we keep the rules strict and enforce them automatically.

Manual account review
New accounts start sandboxed. Before sending is enabled, we check the business, its website, and the forms it will connect.

Verified, authenticated domains
Customers can only send from domains they've verified with DKIM and SPF and that publish a DMARC record.

Low default sending limits
Accounts get conservative daily and per-minute caps sized to contact-form traffic. Sudden spikes are throttled and reviewed.

Abuse-resistant forms
Form endpoints are rate limited per IP and require bot protection, so a spammer can't use a customer's form to relay mail.

Automatic bounce suppression
A hard bounce adds the address to a suppression list immediately. We never retry suppressed addresses.

Complaint handling
A spam complaint will suppress the address for that account and flag the account for review.

Continuous monitoring
We track bounce and complaint rates per account and pause sending when an account crosses our thresholds. Those thresholds are well below the limits set by mailbox providers.

Clear identification
Every message identifies the sending business and says why the recipient got it.
